Graco products announced Thursday that it is recalling 1.2 million Harmony high chairs because of stability issues. The company said the chairs can be “unstable” and “tip over unexpectedly.”
Twenty-four injuries had been reported due to the high chair. It was produced from 2003 to 2009 and sold for $70 to $120. Graco stated that the screws holding the front legs of the chair can loosen and fall out, and the bracket on the back legs can crack.
